Oh! I see the what the problem is now. We’ll use Mark Wahlberg for this example. (I use cs5 but I am pretty sure cs6 and cs5 still some what work the same)
See how Mark’s face just looks too sharpen? Almost like a painting.
This looks a bit more better!
Once that small change is done to your action next I’d make my psd for my gif. If you don’t make psd’s you can easily get one from itsphotoshop or yeahps. After that and ba da boom!
Also just in case I don’t know if you do this or not but before you import your frames into layers make sure to put your gifs in timeline form first by pressing this little button here:
It’ll make sure all your gifs are sharpen. I hope I wasn’t too bad at explaining and that this helped! Thank you for the compliment by the way you’re very sweet! :)
No need to apologize. That is very strange because I sharpen my gifs after I resize them as well. Perhaps it’s the size you are setting your gifs at? Usually when I make a 6 set of gifs I set my gifs at a width of 245px and a height of 145px for 8 or 10 sets of gifs I still keep the width at 245px but make the height 140px or sometimes even 135px if resizing is the case than try these settings if not message me again and I’ll see what further help I can assist you with. :)
